マスキング装置において、モータ回転子の回転子鉄心の

の藺に所要の間隔を保持する内径に形成すると共に、上
記回転子鉄心の外周面と対応する肉厚部に中空部を形成
し、該中空部に冷却流体を流通させるように構成し、上
記モータ回転子の回転子鉄心の外周面を冷却して他の面
に比べ低温に保持するようにしたことを特徴とするモー
