It is necessary to connect televisions and other electrical equipment with coaxial cables, and various types of coaxial cable connectors have been proposed and put into practical use, but in general, they are made of insulators. Since the outer casing is molded into multiple pieces and is assembled into the interior, a structure or member is required to connect and tighten the multiple outer casings, and a shielding member is required in addition to a connecting or grounding member. Since the structure is complicated and requires a lot of man-hours and costs for manufacturing and assembly, the coaxial cable also has a shielding effect and a grounding effect to prevent noise. Since the shield layer is formed as a braided wire layer on the outside of the core wire (center conductor) and the outside is covered with an insulating protective layer, the coaxial cable itself is expensive, and the braided wire layer and the grounding member are It takes a considerable amount of man-hours to connect the cables, that is, it is necessary to solder the grounding terminal member to the braided wire layer 21, and it takes a lot of time to process the cable terminals. Peel off the outer protective layer, align the braided wires so as not to damage them, and insert the core wire 20.
If the cables are not pulled out to one side and then the respective connection parts are formed, a stable connection by soldering cannot be obtained, which requires training in the cable processing work, and the number of man-hours involved is also considerable. In addition, since the braided wire layer 21 described above is weak against oil and has a texture of fine wires, the braided structure may shift during handling operations, causing wire breakage and noise. However, there are drawbacks such as the fact that it is not always possible to effectively obtain the desired functions.

According to the present invention as described above, since the insulating casing 7 is integrally molded, there is no need for the complicated structure and man-hours of assembling a plurality of conventional insulating outer casings. After assembling the parts shown in Figure 2, the insulating jacket 7 can be integrally molded from synthetic resin, etc., so the desired connector can be easily manufactured, and the desired product can be obtained at a low cost. Moreover, a connection part is formed in a state where the conductor tube 4 and the cap-shaped terminal member 5 completely cover each other, and a conductive polymer molded layer 13 is further layered as the coaxial cable 1. Since the conductive polymer molded layer 13 is directly and firmly connected to the crimped portion 5a of the terminal member 5, the connection at this portion is also stable, and in any case, noise and other causes of trouble are effectively avoided. In addition, the overall structure is extremely simple, and there are almost no parts that require manual assembly operations, and it can be manufactured efficiently using a mass production method. In addition, a product with high mechanical and electrical strength and long durability can be obtained, and since the connection port and the cable pulling direction are perpendicular to each other, it can be used on walls and aircraft bodies. It has many functions and effects, such as being able to position cables along the surface and being extremely advantageous in using indoor spaces where televisions and other electrical equipment are installed, and is a highly effective device in terms of practical production. It is.
