Claims (1)

方に充填される充填層とからなる反応槽内に設置される
ガス整流装置であって、上記ガス導入管の軸芯とほぼ一
致する水平面に広がって配設される分配板と、中記本体
の軸芯と軸芯を一致させて配設され上記分配板に上端部
が開口する整流筒と、上記整流筒下端開口面全周と上記
本体内壁に当接するように水平に配設される多孔板と、
同多孔板の下方に上記本体内壁に当接するように水平に
配設される単数ないし複数の多孔板とからなることを特
