Claims

a preheater for preheating gas containing odorous components; a catalyst column packed with a catalyst for oxidizing and converting the odorous components into substances free of malodors during the passage of the preheated gas; and a heater disposed around the catalyst column, the catalyst column having a cylindrical shape having a catalyst layer made of the catalyst inside, and having an upper end that can be easily removed from the preheater. 1. A deodorizing device with a replaceable catalyst column, characterized in that an inlet pipe is connected in a manner similar to the above, and a discharge pipe is provided at the lower end of the inlet pipe.
