[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a synthetic resin hanger manufactured by integral molding.

Synthetic resin hangers are integrally molded and can be mass-produced, so they have the advantage of lower manufacturing costs. However, because they are made of resin, their surfaces are smooth, and when clothes are hung, they tend to slip off easily. Sometimes I put it away.

Especially in recent years, synthetic fibers have been widely used as materials for clothing, and thin synthetic resin clothing has a strong tendency to slip.

Therefore, in the past, a method was adopted to prevent slipping by forming a large number of protrusions on the upper surface of the shoulder of the hanger, as shown in Figure 1, but in actual use, the surface of the protrusions was completely flattened. If you do it all at once, your clothes will slip off and you won't be able to accomplish your purpose.

Of course, if a rubber-equivalent material is attached to the shoulder of the hanger, the manufacturing cost will increase and the advantage of the synthetic resin hanger will be negated.

The present invention was made for the purpose of providing a synthetic resin hanger that retains the advantages of synthetic resin hangers under the above circumstances and can prevent clothes from slipping. The present invention is characterized in that a plurality of latching protrusions are integrally formed at intervals sufficient for fitting and latching the collar of the clothes to be latched.

以下、第2図以降の例示図面に基き詳述する。Hereinafter, a detailed explanation will be given based on the illustrative drawings from FIG. 2 onwards.

Fig. 2 is a front view showing one embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 3 is a side view of the same. Part 3 is hanger 1
It is formed by integral molding during the molding process.

上記掛止突部3の条数は2〜5条の範囲が適当である。The appropriate number of the above-mentioned latching protrusions 3 is in the range of 2 to 5.

Specifically, each of the latching protrusions 3 is shaped diagonally upward and gradually increases in protrusion, and its width l is about 6 mm, and the distance d between each of the latching protrusions 3 is as follows: The width is generally limited to a width slightly larger than the general neckline width (indicated by the symbol m in FIG. 4), specifically about 12 mm.

FIG. 4 shows a state in which clothes 4 are hung on the above-mentioned hanger 1 of the present invention, and in the figure, reference numeral 5 indicates a neckline portion.

That is, in general, the width m of the neckline 5 of the clothing 4 is approximately 10
mm, and the neckline part 5 is slightly swollen unlike other parts of the clothing 4, so when the clothing 4 is hung on the hanger 1 of the present invention, the neckline part 5 does not fit between the hanging protrusions 3, 3. As a result, the clothes 4 are prevented from slipping off the hanger 1.

Therefore, the height h of the locking protrusion 3 of the present invention may be set in consideration of the swell of the neckline portion 5, and in fact, about 2 mm is sufficient.

In the example shown above, the flange-shaped hanging protrusion 3 is provided around the entire circumference in consideration of the appearance and appearance of the product (hanger 1), but it is possible to save material by omitting it on the bottom surface. It is also possible to obtain the same effect by arranging the latching protrusion 3 as shown in FIG. 5, for example.

As explained above, the present invention has a
It is formed by integrally molding multiple latching protrusions.
The height and mutual spacing of the latching protrusions are set to a height and mutual width that allow the neckline to be fitted and latched, so the advantage of the resin hanger, which is easy to manufacture, is maintained. The hanging protrusion restrains the neckline of the clothing to prevent it from slipping down, and as mentioned above, the collar is restrained to prevent it from slipping off. The height of the hooking protrusion can be as low as about 2 mm, and as a result, the hanging shape of the clothing can be maintained well, and this is a device that has a wide range of benefits.
