[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to the improvement of a fishing wheel used for extending electric wires.

With the recent thickening of power transmission lines, straight sleeves and detention clamps, which are the connecting parts of electric wires, have become thicker in the horizontal direction (passing through heavy angle wheels such as those used on bent angle steel towers). When doing so, the required wire tension increases significantly and the wires are damaged, causing problems.

If the angle difference before and after passing 0, that is, the included angle a, is about 60 degrees, there is no particular problem when the electric wire W is passing through the metal wheel 20 (Fig. a).

), but when this protector 15 enters the metal wheel 20, the wheel 21 of the metal wheel is pushed by the end of the protector, and the support frame 22 of the metal wheel is tilted in the direction of wire movement and extended. The wire tension increases dramatically (Figure b), and then the front end of the protector rides on the wheel 21, and the support frame 22 quickly returns to the vertical position, at which time the wire is sharply bent at both ends of the protector.

This invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and provides a wire rolling wheel device that hardly increases the wire tension even when used as a heavy angle point wire wheel and does not damage the wires near the protector. That is.

As shown in the figure, the two metal wheels 4 and 5 are arranged so that the axis of the shaft 7 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 2, and a pin is inserted through the hanging ear 11 so that the axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. 12, it is rotatably suspended from the upper frame 2.

(Figure a) Next, when the protector 15 enters the metal wheel 4, the rod-shaped protector 1
The metal wheel 4 is pushed down by the pushing force by the metal wheel 5, and the metal wheel 5 is also pushed and raised via the connecting frame 13, and the upper frame 2 quickly and largely tilts counterclockwise in the figure to balance. In this state, the protector smoothly enters the metal wheel 4, and the amount of increase in wire tension at this time is extremely small.

Further, due to the inclination of the upper frame 2, the substantial included angle β of the metal wheel 4 is greatly reduced (about 70%) relative to α, and the bending angle of the electric wire at the end of the protector is small.

(Figure C) Next, when the protector 15 starts to enter the metal wheel 5, the upper frame 2 tilts clockwise, and as in the case of the metal wheel 4, the protector smoothly enters the metal wheel 5. It exits without impact, and the substantial included angle γ of the metal wheel 5 is greatly reduced relative to α, and the bending angle of the electric wire at the end of the protector is also small.

(Figure d) In the above operation, the condolence mark of the upper frame 2 is located at the upper center of the upper frame, so if the upper frame 2 is tilted, the load of the metal wheel due to the tension of the electric wires and the weight of each part will return the upper frame to a horizontal state. Since a restoring moment acts, when the protector 15 passes the metal wheel 4 or 5 and the upper frame 2 returns to the horizontal state, the vibration is suppressed by the restoring moment, and the upper frame 2 quickly moves smoothly with less vibration. It returns to a stable horizontal state.

In addition, the upper part of the support frame 6 of each metal wheel 4, 5 is suspended and connected by a connecting frame 13, so there is less vibration of each metal wheel.
Therefore, the wire rolling wheel device 1 operates stably, and there is little movement of the wire.

A comparative experiment was conducted between the wire rolling wheel device according to the present invention and the conventional case with one wire wheel, and it was found that the rate of increase in wire tension when passing through the wire wheel was 2 to 3 times higher in the former case, and 3 times higher in the latter case. As explained above, when the protector according to the present invention passes the metal wheel, the upper frame automatically tilts quickly and greatly to greatly reduce the angle of inclusion of the metal wheel. The increase in wire tension is extremely small, and there is no need to modify the tool to increase strength due to thicker wire.
It also greatly contributes to the safety of overhead line work.

Further, since the electric wire near the end of the protector is prevented from colliding with the wheel groove or being bent at a dog angle, there is less damage to the electric wire.

In addition, when the protector passes the metal wheel, the upper frame automatically tilts as the protector enters the metal wheel, so there is no need for any external operation to tilt the upper frame.
Each part of the metal wheel device operates stably with little vibration, and there is little movement of the wires.

Furthermore, the device according to the present invention has a simple structure and is lightweight, and can be manufactured easily and economically by simply adding an upper frame and a connecting frame to a conventional metal wheel on hand.
