ール性が確実となると共にパツキン材下方においてセメ
ントミルクな孔壁に浸透せしめることができるものであ
り、更に上プレートと下プレートとの缶径を地中に穿孔
するアンカー用孔よりわずかに小さくし、上プレートに
バルーン状のパツキン材の上部を装着すると共に下プレ
ートにパツキン材の下部を装着しであるので孔壁にパツ
キン材を密着させておくと高圧でセメントミルクを供給
してもパツキン材が孔壁から離れる方向に変形しないの
みならずパツキン材が損傷しないものであり、いっそう
確実にシールがおこなわれるという利点があり、特に流
体を圧入して膨張させたパツキン材が上プレート及び下
プレートをこえて上方及び下方に膨出せず、しかも上プ
レートの外端及び下プレートの外端とアンカー用孔の内
壁との間がわずかなすき間であるからセメントミルクを
圧入した場合セメントミルク中に尖った石などが混入し
ていたとしても尖った石によってバルーン状のパツキン
