[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to architectural boards such as wall boards and ceiling boards, in which one end of a flat hollow convex strip 1 made of steel is extended outward over the entire length in the longitudinal direction at a substantially right angle. The protrusion is bent to form the insertion protrusion 2, and the other end is newly bent inward at a substantially right angle over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and the bent end is further bent outward to form the recess 3. In the steel main body 5 provided with the pieces 4, a coating layer 6 is formed of synthetic resin on the entire surface of the steel main body 5, and an elastic protrusion made of synthetic resin is formed at the tip of the protruding piece 4 and protrudes upward over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. 7 is formed integrally with the covering layer 6.

従来、第1図に示すような建築用板を用いていた。Conventionally, a construction board as shown in FIG. 1 has been used.

In other words, 9 in the figure is a construction material such as a metal plate or a plastic plate.
This construction material 9 has a hollow protruding strip 1 with a flat central part, and one end of the hollow protruding strip 1 is bent outward at a substantially right angle over the entire length in the longitudinal direction to form an insertion protrusion 2. The other end is bent inward over the entire length in the longitudinal direction at a substantially right angle, and the bent end is bent outward into a U-shaped cross section to form a recess 3, and the free end is bent inside the upper part. It formed a hook-shaped tongue piece 8 which was folded inward and bent into a U-shape in cross section.

Then, the hollow part of the hollow protruding strip 1 is filled with a heat insulating material 10, and the tip of the insertion protrusion 2 of the adjacent building material 9 is inserted into the recess 3 of the protrusion 4' and placed on the hook-shaped tongue 8. The insertion protrusion 2 was forcibly pressed down and placed on the base material.

However, in such a conventional example, forming the hook-shaped tongue piece 8 of the building material 9 takes time and workability is poor, and since the hook-shaped tongue piece 8 does not have elasticity, the insertion protrusion piece 2 is bent and cannot be used properly. There was a problem that the building materials 9 could not be placed.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above points, and it forms a coating layer of synthetic resin on the entire surface of the steel body, forms protrusions integrally with this coating layer, and easily separates adjacent steel bodies. The present invention provides architectural boards intended for installation.

In the figure, reference numeral 5 denotes a steel main body made of steel, and this steel main body 5 has a flat hollow protruding strip 1 formed in the center thereof, and one end of the hollow protruding strip 1 is bent outward at right angles over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. Hollow protrusion 1
An insertion protrusion 2 parallel to the upper surface is formed, and the other end of the hollow convex strip 1 is bent inward at right angles over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and the bent end is further outwards to form a U-shaped cross section. It is bent to form a recess 3, and a protruding piece 4 whose tip surface is parallel to the upper surface of the hollow convex strip 1 is formed.

Holes 11 for arranging the steel main body 5 are bored at key points in the longitudinal direction of the protruding piece 4, and when the steel main body 5 is covered with synthetic resin, a thin film forms at the holes 11. Hole 1
1 is blocked, and even if the nail 12 is passed through the hole 11, the steel material will not be exposed because the synthetic resin coating layer 6 is attached to the inner circumference of the hole 11. The surface will not rust.

In this case, the inserted building board springs up as shown in Fig. 4 due to the presence of the protrusion 7, but since the elastic protrusion 7 is made of synthetic resin, the inserted building board is lifted up as shown in the arrow. The architectural board is forcibly pressed against the base material 13, and the protruding piece 2 is fixed with the nails 12 in the same manner as described above.

In addition, FIG. 5 shows a steel body 5 similar to that described above, with a coating layer 6 made of synthetic resin formed on the entire surface, and the holes 11 are formed in the same manner as described above.
A covering layer 6 is formed on the surface.

As mentioned above, the present invention forms a coating layer of synthetic resin on the entire surface of the steel body, and forms an elastic protrusion of synthetic resin on the tip of the protruding piece of the steel body that protrudes upward over the entire length of the steel body. Since the protrusion is integrally formed with the synthetic resin, the protrusion can be easily formed by integrally forming the protrusion with the synthetic resin.
When installing architectural boards, the protrusions themselves are made of synthetic resin and have elasticity, and because the elastic force forces the building boards to be placed, the joints between the building boards may wobble. It has the advantage of being able to be constructed evenly and firmly without any problems.
