  1. アルキメディアン・スクリューを船首部分に備えた砕氷
    船において、少なくとも一基のウォータージェット装置
    を船尾部分に設け、該装置により船尾部分に横方向の推
    力を付与するようにしたことを特徴とする砕氷船のせん
    回補助装置。
