A linear looper base, a thread holding rod provided at the tip of the looper base so as to be bent in a hook shape to form a space with one side being an open end, and a thread holding rod provided at the tip of the thread holding rod. A looper is formed from the decorative thread lead-out hole, and is installed above the presser foot via an interlocking mechanism that moves the looper in one direction in a horizontal circle or ellipse in synchronization with the vertical movement of the needle.
