【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は太陽熱温水器の貯湯槽に装着されるボールタッ
プ弁に定流量弁を装着せしめて戊る定流量ボールタップ
に関するものである。

従来太陽熱温水器の貯湯槽に装着されたボールタップは

あるが、貯湯槽への給水は給水圧が高くなると貯湯槽内
の湯を噴射攪拌して折角昇温した湯の温度を低下せしめ
る欠点を有していた。

本考案はかかる欠点に鑑み、太陽熱温水器の貯湯槽に装
着されるボールタップであって、該ボールタップ本体の
流入口内には内壁から内方に環状の係止突部を突設せし
め、一方中央に連通孔を貫設せしめた肉厚円環状の弾性
部材より戊る定流量弁を前記係止突部に対し外周が当接
する様にして装着せしめ、給水圧の上昇に伴い定流量弁
を彎曲変形せしめて連通孔を縮径せしめる様にした定流
量ボールタップを提供して上記欠点を解消せんとしたも
のにして、以下本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明
すると、 1は太陽熱温水器の貯湯槽に装着されるボールタップ本
体であり、流入口2及び該流入口2より垂下形成した吐
出口3より戊り、吐出口3の内方剪断面方向に隔壁4を
形成し、該隔壁4の中央に吐水孔5を穿設せしめている

に対し外周が当接する様にして装着せしめたので、流入
口2へ供給される水の給水圧が所定圧力より高くなると
定流量弁8が過剰水圧骨により下流側へ押圧される際、
定流量弁8はその外周部が係止突部6により当接支持さ
れているため定流量弁8を自動的に彎曲変形せしめ、そ
の変形度合は過剰給水正分の変化に自動的に対応せしめ
ることが出来、又定流量弁8は中央に連通孔11を貫設
せしめた肉厚円環状の弾性部材より成るので、かかる彎
曲変形の度合が増すにつれて連通孔11が縮径するため
給水圧に変動が生じても吐出口3がら吐出する流量を一
定量に制御せしめることが出来、よってボールタップ本
体1の吐出口3から太陽熱温水器の貯湯槽内へ供給され
る水は給水圧の上昇に伴う勢いが抑制されると共に、一
定の流量で供給されるため貯湯槽内の湯を攪拌作用せし
めて湯の温度を低下せしめることなく、又かかる制御機
構は弾性部材の彎曲変形作用を応用せしめたのみである
ため簡易であり、通常のボールタップに比しコスト高に
なることがない等その実用的効果甚だ大なるものである
