ラムの下部周囲および上部周囲には基端装着部が互いに
反対位置となり、かつ回転ドラムの回転方向と反対方向
に向は上向きスパイラル状に彎曲した掻き上げ体と、回
転ドラムの回転方向と反対方向に向は下向きスパイラル
状に彎曲した押し下げ体とを左右一対となるよう設ける
と共に、前記左右一対の掻き上げ体と押し下げ体とは左
右の回転ドラムに対し互いにその基端装着部の位置が反
