However, in ordinary households, the above-mentioned futon dryer is used with the bedding laid out on the tatami, so not only does the tatami get in the way and the futon on the bottom side cannot be dried properly, but it also The drawback was that the moisture from the futon transferred and the tatami became damp.

In view of these conventional drawbacks, we have conducted extensive research to not only improve the efficiency of drying bedding using a commercially available futon dryer, but also to provide a mat that allows for comfortable sleep when used as bedding. As a result, the present invention was completed.

That is, the present invention is a mat characterized by having a breathable plate-like body fixed to one or both sides of a non-breathable sheet.

以下、本考案を図面によって説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a mat 1 according to the present invention, which is formed by adhering a breathable plate-like body 3 to the upper surface of a non-breathable sheet 2.

Further, the breathable plate-like body 3 is made by forming a thermoplastic bristle thread 4 (monofilament) such as polyester into a coil shape, and then filling it randomly into a box-shaped molding machine having the size of the mat 1. A porous plate-like body is formed by bonding the points of contact between the bristle threads with an adhesive resin applied in advance to the bristle thread 4. The denier of the above-mentioned bristle threads, the density of the plate-like body, etc. are determined according to the present invention. It can be designed as appropriate depending on the purpose.

Now, when using it, as shown in Fig. 5, lay the mat 1 on the tatami mat (it may be between the boards) 8 with the non-breathable sheet 2 facing down. Since the layered mat has sheet 2 in the middle, either side can be placed on top, which is convenient.

Next, futons 9 and 10 to be dried are placed on top of the futons 9 and 10.
After stacking the two sheets, spread the air bag 11 of a direct-sales futon dryer between the futons 9 and 10.

A blower (not shown) is connected to the air bag 11 through a duct (not shown).
(not shown) are connected, and the heat of the hot air supplied from the blower to the air bag 11 and the dehumidification effect when the hot air released from the weave of the air bag passes through the futons 9 and 10. Futons 9 and 10 are dried.

As explained above, according to the mat of the present invention, the mat acts like a chimney, so two futons 9
, 10, the flow of hot air through the futon 10 under the futon 10 has been improved by several steps compared to the conventional method, and the drying time has been shortened, with uniform and efficient drying.
