須機能である制御数A、Bを流用し、セットリセットタ
イプのフリップフロップとクロック回路を用いて、上記
制御数Aで起動され上記制御線Bで停止される時間をカ
ウンタCで計数し、データ伝送時間の累積を求めるもの

により停止されるパルスカウンタを設け、該パルスカウ
ンタによりデータ伝送による通信回線の使用時間を測定
