ライナ３を嵌合して帽体１を構成したヘルメットにおい
て、前記衝撃吸収ライナ３の内面に複数条の通気溝１０
を設け、これら通気溝１０に外部に通じる複数個の通気
孔１１を開口し、前記通気溝１０の深さを、前記シェル
２が過大衝撃力を受けたとき前記衝撃吸収ライナ３の圧
縮変形により前記通気溝１０の底面に使用者の頭部が衝
合するように設定したことを特徴とするヘルメット。In a helmet in which a cap body 1 is constructed by fitting a shock absorbing liner 3 made of a cushioning material onto the inner surface of a shell 2 made of a hard reinforced resin, a plurality of ventilation grooves 10 are provided on the inner surface of the shock absorbing liner 3.
