本発明は、ウレタンゴム成型体を、金属、プラスチック
あるいは他のゴム成型体の表面へ接着させる場合の改良

一般にゴムを、金属、プラスチックあるいは他のゴム成
型体に接着する場合には、加硫方法が用いられるが、こ
の方法によると、加硫ゴムと接着対象物との接着強度が
大きくなる反面接着対象物が金型へセットできない場合
や、接着対象物に熱履歴を与えたくない場合には、用い
ることができなかつた。このような場合、従来予め所定
の形状に加硫成型したゴム製品の接着表面へ反応性の前
処理剤、いわゆるプライマーを塗布して熱処理を行ない
、この熱処理した表面と接着対象物の接着表面とを、例
えばエポキシ系の接着剤により接着することが行われて

より、金型内にウレタンゴムを充填し、加熱加圧成型し
、同時にウレタンゴムを加硫(架橋)させる。次いでゴ
ム成型体の接着表面にゴム用ブライマ一を刷毛刷り、吹
き付け等の適宜の手段により塗布して乾燥させる。しか
る後、このゴム成型体の接着表面と接着対象物、例えば
金属部材とを公知の接着剤、例えばエポキシ系接着剤に
