In other words, if the shape of each piece is very regular, it will lack the sense of taste and preference, and the handmade taste unique to pickled sweets will be lost. Therefore, in the past, products were made by hand, which required a lot of time and effort, increased labor costs, was inefficient, unsuitable for mass production, and was unhygienic. There were flaws.
Therefore, in this industry, where labor saving and mass production are being called for recently, there is a strong demand for a method for mechanically and automatically continuously manufacturing picked confectionery that has the same feeling as handmade confectionery.

However, since these seed-picked confections are mainly made from raw materials with coarse particles such as hailstones, it is difficult to cut the raw material particles or crush the raw material particles with excessive mechanical pressure. This has become a major bottleneck in the automatic continuous production of high-quality hand-picked confectionery, which is fraught with problems that can ruin the taste of hand-made sweets. The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and to provide a method for automatically and continuously manufacturing pinched confections that is as good as hand-made picked confections. be. That is, this invention:
The upper and lower blades each having a plurality of rows of V-shaped grooved blades each having a back blade surface with a rounded edge are fed up and down in the feeding direction of each rod-shaped material of coarse particle kneading material at a speed faster than the feeding speed. It is moved in the vertical direction to give a tearing action to the rod-shaped material without giving it a shearing action, and the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades are used to tighten the material while pulling it.
The present invention provides a method for producing pickled confectionery characterized by continuously and repeatedly dividing material particles into lumps without cutting them. The method of the present invention will be specifically explained below with reference to the drawings. 'θ 1, 2

The upper and lower blades 1 and 2 are arranged vertically in the upper and lower directions, respectively.
It is attached to the blade frame T so that it can be moved up and down.
That is, the upper and lower blades 1 and 2 are separated from each other in the upper and lower directions in FIG.
From the state where the lower V-shaped groove blades 3, 3 are open, the upper blade 1 gradually descends, the lower blade 2 gradually rises, and the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades 3, 3 are slightly narrowed as shown in Figure 2. The gap S is formed and closed, and then, conversely, the upper and lower V
The space formed between the grooved blades 3 is opened and closed in sequence. The blade frame 7 to which the upper and lower blades 1 and 2 are mounted passes through the center of each space formed between the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades 3 and 3 of the upper and lower blades 1 and 2. It reciprocates horizontally back and forth at a speed suitably faster than the speed of each rod-shaped material 6 of the coarse particle kneaded raw material, which is the praying material, which is transmitted forward at a predetermined speed on a horizontal straight line by an appropriate conveyor device. It's like this. Now, when the blade frame 7 on which the upper and lower blades 1 and 2 are attached is at the rear end position, the upper and lower blades 1 and 2 are separated upward and downward as shown in Figure 1A (Figure 2A). The lower V-shaped grooved blades 3, 3 are in a fully opened state, and from this state the blade frame 7 is gradually sent forward at an appropriately faster speed than each bar-shaped material, but at the same time, the upper blade 1 is moved downward. , lower blade 2
are gradually moved upward, respectively, and the space B3 between the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades 3, 3 is gradually closed. That is, upper and lower blades 1
, 2 are fed in the feeding direction of each rod-shaped material 6 at a speed suitably faster than the feeding speed thereof, and move vertically in the vertical direction so that the space between the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades 3 and 3 gradually closes. . Therefore, the tip of each rod-shaped material 6 that is sent forward at a predetermined speed gradually closes to form the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades 3, 2, and 1, respectively.
3, the upper and lower blades 1 and 2 mounted on the blade frame 7 are fed at an appropriately higher speed than the feeding speed of each rod-shaped material 6. Since the material is gradually fed forward in the feeding direction, no shearing force is applied to each rod-shaped material 6, but a tearing action t)3 is applied to the upper and lower grooved blades 3, 3. This method divides material particles into lumps without dividing them by pulling them apart while constricting the material. Above this state,
To explain Fig. 1 in a longitudinal section passing through the center of the lower V-shaped grooves 3, 3, the blade frame 7 is at the rear end position and the upper and lower blades 1, 2 are fully open from the state shown in Fig. 1A. , lower blade 1
. and the first
The situation will be as shown in Figure C. Then, from this state, the upper and lower blades 1
, 2 (the upper and lower blades 3, 3 gradually close, but in this case, the upper and lower blades 1, 2 are gradually fed forward at a faster speed than the feeding speed of the rod-shaped material 6, so the rod-shaped material 6 The back blade surface 5 of the upper blade 1 that goes into the material 6 is the upper and lower blade 1,
2, which acts to push forward and pull apart the divided part 6a at the front part of the rod-shaped material 6, which is gradually constricted by the
At the same time, the lower blade 2 also acts to push the divided portion 6a forward and pull it apart, and both the back blade surface 5 of the lower blade 2 and the back blade surface 5 of the upper blade 1 remove particles of the rod-shaped material 6. The wedge action acts to gradually tear the divided portion 6a forward without applying pressure. And above the upper and lower blades 1 and 2,
The lower V-shaped groove blades 3, 3t) 5 form a slit S and become closed as shown in Fig. 1 2 (Fig. 2 d), and from this state the upper and lower blades 1
, 2 forms the above-mentioned slit S and remains closed,
It is further fed to the previous issue at an appropriately higher speed than the feeding speed of the rod-shaped material 6, and is torn off from the constriction B5 to completely divide the dividing portion 6a and fall to Shimoman as a lump 6b.
It reaches the front end position shown in Fig. 1 (E). At this time, the slit S has been formed and has reached the front end position while remaining closed, and the lower blades 1 and 2 have moved at a faster speed than the feeding speed of the rod-shaped material 6, so that the gap shown in FIG. As shown in E, the dividing portion 6a is placed in a position away from the front end of the rod-shaped material 6 which has been divided with an appropriate distance between the dividing portion 6a and the front end of the rod-shaped material 6. From the state shown in Fig. 1 E, the blade frame 7 is fed backward at a speed suitably faster than the feeding speed of the rod-shaped material 6, which is the same as when forward feeding, but from the front end limit position shown in Fig. 1 E. Upper and lower blades 1,
When the blade 2 gradually retreats, the upper blade 1 gradually rises and the lower blade 2 gradually lowers, that is, the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades 3, 3 gradually open from the closed state shown in Fig. 1 E. Then, when the upper and lower blades 1 and 2 of the blade frame 7 are retreated to a certain distance position, the upper and lower blades 1 and 2 and the lower V-shaped groove blades 3 and 3 are separated vertically and are completely opened. From that position to the retracted position of the blade frame 7, that is, the upper and lower blades 1 and 2, that is, the position shown in FIG. It is something that retreats in a stagnant state. Furthermore, when the upper and lower blades 1 and 2 are at the retraction limit position, that is, the position shown in FIG.
The tip portion protrudes forward by a length that is appropriately longer than the length of the dividing portion 6a. Then, again in the same manner as described above, from the state shown in FIG. S gradually rises, and the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades 3, 3 gradually close, giving no shearing action to the rod-shaped material 6, but a tearing action, and the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades 3, 3 constrict. This device automatically and continuously produces snacks made of lumps by repeating continuous operations such as pulling the lumps 6b and cutting them without cutting the material particles. It is. The method for producing snacks according to the present invention is as follows: As described above, the upper and lower blades of the shape and groove blade having the back blade surface with rounded cutting edges are moved in the feeding direction of the bar-shaped material.
To cut the material particles by moving the rod-shaped material vertically and vertically while feeding at a speed higher than the feed speed, giving a tearing action to the rod-shaped material without applying a shearing action, and pulling the material particles while constricting with the upper and lower V-shaped groove blades. Since it is continuously divided into lumps without causing any cutting, crushing, or damage to the raw material particles, it is possible to produce hand-picked confectionery that is completely the same as natural hand-made confectionery, in other words, the deliciousness of hand-made confectionery. It has the outstanding effect of being able to efficiently mass-produce fine-picked confectionery with natural irregular shapes, one by one, with the appearance shape similar to that of hand-made products.

Moreover, since it is automatic and continuous production, it can significantly contribute to labor saving, provide excellent picked sweets at low cost, and have excellent effects such as being hygienic. In addition, the upper and lower blades each have a H cutting edge.
Since it has a rounded back blade surface, the back blade surface of the upper blade that goes into the rod-shaped material during the cutting process is gradually constricted by the upper and lower blades and cuts the front part of the rod-shaped material. At the same time, the lower blade also pushes the divided portion forward and pulls it away, and both the back surfaces of the upper and lower blades compress the particles of the rod-shaped material with a wedge action. This has the great effect of gradually tearing the dividing portion forward without causing any damage, thereby allowing the lump to be properly and smoothly divided without cutting.
