In recent years, steel silos have been attracting attention for their ability to maintain airtightness and the quality of the silage they produce.Steel panels are used as construction material, but these iron panels alone cannot be used to store silage inside the silo. Because the silage is corroded by lactic acid fermentation in a succulent state and lacks durability, corrosion-resistant stainless steel plates are bonded to the inside of the panels. Similar measures were taken for corrosion resistance issues.

Conventionally, in order to bond a stainless steel plate to such an iron panel, an adhesive is used that is a mixture of three components: a base agent, a hardening agent, and an accelerator. First, if more than the required amount is mixed, it will harden after a certain period of time, so the amount to be used within a certain period of time is determined in advance and the adhesive is prepared by mixing three components. Next, the worker applied adhesive to the panel using a rubber spatula so that the thickness was uniform, and placed a stainless steel plate on the surface of the panel coated with this adhesive, so that the adhesive film was even. Also, roll a roller on a stainless steel plate to remove air from the adhesive surface. Furthermore, more than a dozen magnets are placed and set on the stainless steel plate to hold the stainless steel plate until the adhesive hardens, keeping the adhesive in close contact and preventing it from peeling off. For this reason, the area to be coated with the adhesive is large and it is difficult to apply it uniformly, resulting in poor workability.Although careful attention is taken to prevent air from entering during bonding, it is not possible to bond evenly, and after bonding, the silo and Partial peeling occurs during use as a manure storage tank (slurry tank), resulting in a decline in quality. Furthermore, when applying the adhesive, the adhesive adheres to the surrounding area, staining floors, work clothes, etc., and since the adhesive is an epoxy-based organic solvent, it may have an adverse effect on the human body, creating a poor working environment. The adhesive is a three-component mixture and must be mixed before the bonding process, and even after bonding, the stainless steel plate must be held down with a magnet to ensure the adhesion of the bonded surface, making the process complicated and time consuming. It was hot. The present invention
In light of these circumstances, we have developed a steel silo and excrement storage tank that improve workability and work environment, as well as eliminate partial peeling by applying adhesive evenly over a wide area to ensure adhesion. This method provides a method for manufacturing building materials for (slurry tanks), in which a sheet of epoxy adhesive is sandwiched between a maple iron panel and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate, and a pair of upper and lower epoxy adhesives are placed inside the furnace main body. The panel is placed in a heating furnace equipped with a number of pairs of rollers and a heater, and the panel and the stainless steel plate are integrally bonded by passing the panel between the pairs of rollers while applying pressure and heating while continuously moving the panel and the stainless steel plate. This is a characteristic feature.

Hereinafter, the manufacturing method according to the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to the drawings. First, a sheet-shaped epoxy adhesive is used as the adhesive, which is semi-cured at room temperature and hardens through a chemical reaction at high temperatures, and exhibits an adhesive effect.

Then, such a sheet-like epoxy adhesive is applied to the second layer.
As shown by reference numeral 1 in the figure, it is sandwiched between an iron panel 2 and a stainless steel plate 3, and in this state, as shown in FIG. 1, it is placed in a heating furnace 4 and bonded. Heating furnace 4
The supply port 6 is located on one side of the center of the furnace body 5, and the outlet port 7 is located on the other side, and two upper and lower ports are installed inside the furnace body 5 between the supply port 6 and the outlet port 7. The rollers 8 and 9 rotate in opposite directions and are arranged facing each other with a gap slightly smaller than the thickness of the stacked panel 2 and stainless steel plate 3, and a plurality of such rollers 8 and 9 are arranged at a constant interval. are arranged in a straight line. Furthermore, several heaters 10 are installed at the top and bottom of the interior of the furnace body 5. Therefore, a sheet of epoxy adhesive 1 is sandwiched between the panel 2 and the stainless steel plate 3, and then put into the furnace body 5 of the heating furnace 4 through the supply port 6, and sandwiched between the rollers 8 and 9. Therefore, the panel 2 and the stainless steel plate 3 are automatically sent toward the outlet 7 while being pushed by the rotation of the rollers 8 and 9.

And in this process, by being heated by the heater 10,
The adhesive 1 is heated together with the panel 2 and the stainless steel plate 3 to reach a high temperature, and the adhesive 1 undergoes a chemical reaction and hardens while exhibiting an adhesive effect, thereby bonding the panel 2 and the stainless steel plate 3 together. This bonded state is maintained under pressure by rollers 8 and 9, and after the panel 2 and stainless steel plate 3 are in close contact with each other, they are taken out from the outlet 7 and placed in the steel silo and excrement storage tank (slurry tank). Building materials are manufactured. As described above, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention 5, there is no need to apply the sheet-like adhesive 1 to the flat panel 2. Automatically adheres by passing it through the
As a result, work efficiency, productivity, and working environment during bonding are greatly improved, and it is possible to bond uniformly and reliably to large area panels 2 and stainless steel plates 3, and there is no partial peeling of the bonded surface. This will improve the quality of the board.
