ス・エミッタ間の電圧を測定して温度を検出する温度計
において、定電流が一定の倍率関係を有する2個の定電
流源を備え、該定電流源をそれぞれスイッチを通して上
記トランジスタのコレクタに接続して、第1の定電流源
によるベース・エミッタ間電圧と、第2の定電流源によ
るベース・エミッタ間電圧をそれぞれ測定し、その差電
