Claims

In a structure in which a plurality of heat exchange pipes having the same outer diameter around which needle fins are wrapped are connected in series, one end of one of the heat exchange pipes is joined to the inner peripheral wall of the other heat exchange pipe. The outer circumferential wall of this reduced tube portion and the other inner circumferential wall of the heat exchange pipe are bonded and fixed together using a brazing agent installed inside the heat exchange pipe, and the outer diameter of this joint portion is set to the shape of the heat exchanger pipe. A heat exchanger characterized in that needle-like fins are continuously wrapped around the outer periphery of this joint to match the outer diameter of the pipe.
