Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）沸騰性液体を入れた容器、上記液体を廃熱によっ
    て加熱する加熱器、上記容器中に配置され上記液体の加
    熱により発生する気体または加熱された液体で、媒体を
    蒸発させる蒸発器を備え、この蒸気を利用するようにし
    た廃熱回収装置。
  2. （２）容器が密閉されており、かつ容器内の圧力を一定
    に保つ手段を備えたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の廃熱回収装置。
  3. （３）蒸発器内の媒体がフッ化ハロゲン化炭化水素系媒
    体であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項または第２項記載の廃熱回収装置。
