However, mere sheet-like materials, for example, kraft paper and plastic sheets, have only the performance of being combustible, and asbestos paper has the performance of being non-combustible. Moreover, fire prevention regulations have recently been required for this type of sheet-like material, and as a countermeasure, for example, sheets in which the entire surface of the sheet-like material is impregnated with a fire-prevention material are known. However, in this case, the fireproofing material was inorganic and was melted and impregnated, so it was hard and brittle on the sheet material and in the tissue, so when it was wound,
During construction, cracks and destruction5 occurred in the fireproofing layer, which not only spoiled the appearance, but also caused part of the fireproofing material to peel off. In addition, since the insulation material for panels is mainly made of plastic foam, which is flammable, we also need to make it flame retardant.
Nonflammability is required, and panels in which inorganic materials are simply mixed into the foam are known as solutions that meet this requirement. This is technically extremely difficult. The present invention aims to eliminate such drawbacks by
The foamable inorganic material, which foams under high heat, is distributed on the sheet-like material so as not to interfere with the winding of the sheet-like material, and is fixed together, and the foamable inorganic material peels off when the sheet-like material is used. It can be easily installed and delivered without causing cracks or destruction, and it also protects the insulation material in the panel from high heat and does not adversely affect the filling of the insulation material. This project proposes a fire-resistant insulation panel with enhanced fire resistance.

In addition, the foamable inorganic material 3 peeled off from the sheet-like material 2 during the winding and construction of the sheet-like material 2, caused cracks, damaged the appearance, and decreased the fire resistance. As shown in Figure 1, it melts in a drip shape, and as shown in Figures 2a and b, it melts in a dotted line shape or a straight line shape with appropriate intervals and is fixed as one piece. To explain further, the foamable inorganic material 3 is one of borates such as borax and sodium metaborate, silicates such as sodium silicate and sodium metasilicate, or phosphates such as dibasic sodium phosphate and sodium metaphosphate. It consists of a single species or a mixture of two or more species. As shown in FIG. 3, the state in which the foamable inorganic material 3 adheres to the sheet material 2 is due to impregnation with the melted foamable inorganic material 3 through the voids between the fiber structures. , the structure is such that it reaches the back surface and solidifies, reinforcing the sheet-like material 2. Of course, if the sheet material 2 has a dense structure, the foamable inorganic material 3
Although only ≦parts are impregnated, in the rough structure, the structure of the sheet-like material 2 is bound. FIG. 4 shows another invention, a fireproof heat insulating panel, in which the fireproof sheet 1 is contained in the foamed structure of a heat insulating material 6 interposed integrally between a surface material 4 and a back material 5. . That is, the surface material 4 is a metal plate or the like formed with a concave cross section, and male and female connection portions are formed on the left and right side wall ends, and the back material 5 is made of a liner material such as kraft paper. It is. The heat insulating material 6 is a synthetic resin foam, and when the foam is formed, for example, a fireproof sheet 1 is interposed as shown in FIG. 4, and these constituent materials are fixed together. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the present invention, and the heat insulating material 6 can also contain pearlite grains. As described above, according to the fireproof sheet and the fireproof insulation panel using the same according to the present invention, the foamable inorganic material is fixed to the sheet-like soil in a drip-like manner and in a straight line with intervals. Even when bent, the solidified brittle foamed inorganic material hardly peels off from the sheet-like material or cracks, and the appearance is not impaired. Also,
Because the foamable inorganic material is melted, fixed, and impregnated onto the sheet-like material, it has the feature of reinforcing the strength of the sheet-like material. Furthermore, since fireproof sheets can be easily bent, they can be easily supplied to a continuous line, leading to cost reductions. In addition, the fireproof insulation panel has the feature that the fireproof sheet can be contained within the insulation material reliably and evenly without disturbing the foam structure of the insulation material. Furthermore, when the surface material of a fireproof insulation panel is exposed to high heat, the insulation material between the surface material and the fireproof sheet burns, but the foamable inorganic material of the fireproof sheet gradually foams, causing the surface material and the fireproofing material to combust. An inorganic foam layer is formed between the sheets to prevent combustion from deeper layers, so high heat does not reach the back side.
