Since a waterproof sheet, such as an asphalt-impregnated sheet, is used, it is contained within a wall that incorporates a heat insulating material, and is blocked from being discharged to the outside, so it does not dry out forever.
その為木材を腐蝕し木造建造物の寿命を著しく短縮する
結果となり、近年業界では此の対策が望まれている。As a result, the wood corrodes and the lifespan of wooden structures is significantly shortened, and in recent years, countermeasures against this problem have been desired in the industry.

The purpose is to prevent corrosion of wood.

The overlapping margin is removed and the unbonded part 3 where point bonding 2 is to be made is left as a gap for free ventilation, and the film is rolled up into a long roll as shown in a.

Instead of the conventional waterproof sheet used on the outside, the waterproof and breathable wall base sheet A of this invention is used to hang down like an armor and fixed to the crossbars to prevent rainwater from entering from outside and prevent the inside of the wall from entering. Moisture is discharged through the gap 3 as shown in 7. Since the outer wall 4 constructed on the outside thereof is made of breathable mortar coating or metal cladding, the moisture is discharged through the gap.
