Claims (1)

板の片側に真空ポンプと連通ずる空気吸入筒を突設し、
上記保護カバー内には電磁石に上下動可能に駆動連結さ
れた加熱体を長孔より出没するように収納し、上記画体
には上板上を気密に被覆する山状の蓋体を開閉自在に取
付け、この蓋体に外気流入孔を穿設すると共に、この外
気流入孔を開閉させる弁体を備えた操作摘みを揺動可能
