Electric razors are used every day, and it is easy for beard shavings to accumulate there without you even realizing it, but you tend to neglect cleaning them because you can't see the inside where shavings accumulate unless you remove the outer blade. If the proper cleaning period is missed and too much beard debris accumulates, the beard debris contains fat and will harden and stick inside the beard debris storage area, making cleaning difficult, or it will be blown away by the inner blade and removed. I had a problem with it flying through the blade. The present invention employs a beard debris accumulation amount detector to take advantage of the unique property of electric razors, in which the electric razor is placed on most of the sides of the face and under the chin when shaving, and the beard debris floats in the beard debris storage section. Of course, if there is little beard debris, the beard debris accumulation amount indicator will not light up, but if a certain amount of beard debris accumulates, the beard debris will float and move, causing problems between the emitter and the light receiving sensor. The amount of light received by the light-receiving sensor increases or decreases, and the beard debris accumulation amount indicator blinks, notifying you of the appropriate time to clean the beard. The debris accumulation amount indicator remains lit without blinking, letting you know when it's time to clean and when too much beard has accumulated.

Therefore, the first object of the present invention is to perform electrical conversion as shown in FIG. Based on the amount of accumulated beard debris, changes in the amount of light detected by the light receiving sensor are understood as electrical changes using a resistor, etc.
An electric razor's beard debris accumulation amount detection device that blinks the beard debris accumulation amount alarm installed on the outside of the electric razor body to notify the user when it is time to clean it, and also notifies the user in stages according to the amount of accumulated beard debris. The second purpose of the present invention is to provide a projection on the bottom of the beard scrap storage section, and a light receiving sensor is provided on the top surface of this projection, so that accurate beard scraps can be obtained at all times regardless of the sensitivity of the light receiving sensor. An object of the present invention is to provide a device for detecting the amount of accumulated beard dregs on an electric razor, which can detect the amount of accumulated shavings.

The first invention will be described in detail below with reference to illustrated embodiments. An outer cutter 11 is mounted on the upper opening of the electric shaver main body 1, and an inner cutter 12 is arranged to rotate in contact with the lower surface of the outer cutter 11. The hollow part serves as a beard waste storage section 2. Bottom part 1 of beard waste storage part 2
3. A cylindrical part 14 for inserting the drive shaft is provided in the center,
A rotary drive shaft 16 for rotating the inner cutter 12 is provided within the cylindrical portion 14 . A light-receiving sensor 5 is embedded in this bottom portion 13, and its light-receiving surface 15 faces obliquely upward. On the other hand, a light projector 3 for illuminating the light receiving sensor 5 is embedded in the inner wall 17 of the beard scrap storage section 2, and its light projecting surface 18 is directed diagonally downward so as to illuminate the light receiving surface 15. As the projector 3, for example, a light emitting diode or a lamp is used. In this case, the light receiving surface 15 of the light receiving sensor 5 is located at l locations. A beard crumb accumulation amount indicator 6 is provided on the outer surface 7 of the electric shaver main body 1. For example, a lamp is used as the beard debris accumulation amount indicator 6, and in this case, the light receiving sensor 5
One lamp is used for each. A drive control device 19 for controlling a light projector 3, a light receiving sensor 5, and a beard crumb accumulation amount indicator 6 is housed within the electric shaver main body 1. The circuit of the present invention will be explained with reference to the block diagram shown in FIG. Then, the drive control device 19 blinks the lamp of the beard crumb accumulation amount indicator 6. However, when you shave with an electric razor, beard shavings gradually accumulate in the beard shavings storage section 2, but when the amount of accumulation exceeds a certain level, it reaches the light receiving sensor 5 buried in the bottom 13 of the shavings storage section 2. The light from the projector 3 will no longer reach you. Correspondingly, the lamp of the beard debris accumulation amount indicator 6 lights up or blinks, for example, to notify the user that it is time to clean the beard debris storage section 2. When the user finishes cleaning the beard debris, the light emitter 3 starts to illuminate the light receiving sensor 5 as before.
By doing this, the beard scraps 4 can be transferred to the beard scraps storage section 2.
This can prevent beard debris from accumulating too much inside the shaver and scattering to the outside due to the rotation or vibration of the inner trimmer 12 when the electric shaver is used. Further, FIG. 5 shows an example of an electric shaver in which the inner cutter 12 moves back and forth. Next, a second embodiment of the first invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10. Both the light projector 3 and the light-receiving sensor 5 are disposed on the inner wall 17 of the hair scraps storage section 2, and in particular, the position of the light-receiving sensor 5 is arranged to match the upper limit of the hair scraps 4. However, when the beard shavings 4 accumulate in the beard shavings storage part 2 to a certain extent or more, the light from the projector 3 is cut off, and the beard shavings accumulation amount indicator 6V
It is designed to notify users when it is time to clean. In this case, the light projector 3 and the light receiving sensor 5 are arranged so as to avoid the rotary drive shaft 16. 7 and 8 are examples in which the electric shaver main body 1 is cylindrical, and FIGS. 9 and 10 are examples in which a rectangular cylinder is used. A third embodiment of the first invention will be described with reference to FIG. Both the light projector 3 and the light receiving sensor 5 are provided on the inner wall 17 of the beard scrap storage section 2.
The light-receiving sensor 5 is provided with a plurality of light-receiving surfaces 15 arranged at regular intervals in a row upward from the bottom 13 side of the beard shavings storage section 2. The light receiving surface 15 is provided on the outer surface 7 of the electric shaver main body 1.
The number of blinking lamps 21 corresponding to the number of blinking lamps 21 is provided on the beard debris accumulation amount indicator 6. This blinking lamp 21 is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the light-receiving surface 15, and as the beard shavings 4 accumulate, the bottom 1
Light is sequentially blocked from the light receiving surface 15 located on the third side, and the blinking lamps 21 blink sequentially in response to this. By doing this, the amount of accumulated beard shavings 4 at the time of use can be known step by step in advance. It goes without saying that the light-receiving sensor 5 and the beard crumb accumulation amount indicator 6 can be applied to an electric shaver with reciprocating inner blades as shown in FIG. 5K. Next, the second invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 11 to 13. The floodlight 3 is housed inside the electric shaver body 1.
A light transmission tube 8 led out from a light projecting surface 18 is introduced into a beard shavings storage section 2 through a side wall of an electric shaver main body 1. The light transmission tube 8 is, for example, an optical glass resin tube made of a bundle of flexible glass tubes that can transmit light by reflecting the light on its inner surface. In this case, as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 12, the light receiving surface 15 may be arranged diagonally upward, and the light emitting port 9 may be arranged diagonally downward so that the light directly irradiates the light receiving surface 15. It may also be placed towards the Further, the light receiving sensor 5 may be embedded in the inner wall 17 of the beard scrap storage section 2 as in the second embodiment of the first invention. Further, as in the third embodiment of the first invention, the light receiving sensor 5 having a plurality of light receiving surfaces 15 is embedded in the inner wall 1r of the beard scrap storage section 2, and the same number of flashing lamps are provided corresponding to the light receiving surfaces 15. 21 may be provided in the beard debris accumulation alarm 6. By using the light transmission tube 8 in this way, the projector 3 can be installed at any position in the electric shaver body 1 other than the beard scraps storage area 2, and it can be installed in the extremely narrow beard scraps storage area 2. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the installation location of the projector 3, and there is an advantage that the beard shavings storage section 2 can be used effectively. Next, the third invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 14 and 15. First, to explain about FIG. 14, the vertical axis shows the height of accumulation of beard shavings 4 (presence), the horizontal axis shows the usage time (t) of the electric razor, and (HO) on the vertical axis shows the height of the accumulation of beard shavings 4.
It shows the limit of scattering to the outside. When the piled height of the beard shavings 4 reaches (HO), the shavings 4 start scattering and are no longer deposited. The horizontal axis indicates t♂, which is the point in time when the beard shavings 4 start scattering. This area (the area where beard crumbs are scattered to the outside) is indicated by diagonal lines. Next, referring to FIG. 15, when using an electric razor, the beard shavings 4 stored in the beard shavings storage section 2 have a total opening area of S. In this case, when the amount of SOXHO is accumulated, K is scattered outside from the net of the outer cutter 11. By the way, if the mounting position of the light-receiving sensor 5 is installed at the bottom part 13, the transmission of light to the light-receiving sensor 5 will be stopped when the beard debris accumulates up to (HO).
Even though the beard dust accumulation amount indicator 6 should be turned on, due to the sensitivity of the light receiving sensor 5, the previous H'(
There is a problem that the beard debris accumulation amount indicator 6 turns on at the height of H (HO). Therefore, in the third invention, the bottom 1
A protrusion 10 is provided protruding from the protrusion 3, and a light receiving sensor 5 is embedded in a recessed hole 22 formed in the upper surface of the protrusion 10. In this case, the light-receiving surface 15 of the light-receiving sensor 5 is located at a position (h) below the deposition height (HO) at which the beard shavings 4 do not scatter outside K. In this case, (h) is the height determined by the sensitivity of the light-receiving sensor (that is, the height that allows accurate prediction of the amount of hair-dust accumulation regardless of the sensitivity performance of the light-receiving sensor 5 by blocking light by the hair-dust 4). } As in the second invention, the light projector 3 may be provided in the electric shaver main body 1, and the light may be irradiated to the light receiving sensor 5 through the optical glass resin tube 8.In this way, the beard dwarf accumulation amount detection device is installed in the electric razor, so if beard debris accumulates in the beard debris storage area, you can use it by holding it against your face or by holding it in your hand and moving it to float the beard debris. This has the effect of making it possible to notify the appropriate cleaning time by blinking the beard debris accumulation amount alarm so that it is easy to notice.
