  1. キャビティを有するピストンの上面に金属多孔質層を形
    成し、エンジン回転中にピストンの熱膨張や慣性力でピ
    ストン上面をシリンダヘッド下面と干渉させ、上記金属
    多孔質層を圧縮変形させてトップクリアランスを調整し
    たことを特徴とするエンジン用ピストン。
