BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Plantar plates made of materials such as leather, aluminum, thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, and cork have conventionally been used for conservative treatment of lower limb diseases. However, plantar plates made mainly of these materials are bulky due to their hardness, making it difficult for patients to get a good fit when inserting them into the sole of their feet. It takes several days.

In addition, the sole plate is intended to be worn while wearing shoes, slippers, sandals, etc., and to be used smoothly in daily life.
It was especially uncomfortable when walking in the spiritual position, and the sweat and dirt that came into contact with the skin caused a strange odor, which caused problems in terms of hygiene. Therefore, a plantar plate for treating lower limb diseases has been developed which eliminates these drawbacks, is easy to wear, has a good wearing feeling, and is made of silicone rubber which is harmless to the human body. However, sole plates made of silicone rubber alone or simply compounded by mixing fillers with silicone rubber are heavy, have inferior tear strength and anti-rust requirements, and are cold when worn on the sole of the foot, making them difficult to use in winter. There were problems of poor workability, such as difficulty in degassing due to the inclusion of air bubbles during kneading during production, and, in addition to poor workability, high costs due to the high price of the silicone rubber itself.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, and also makes it lightweight by mixing an inorganic filler and hydrated silicic acid powder into a heat-curable silicone rubber and heat-curing it without using any particular blowing agent such as an organic binder. The purpose of the present invention is to further enhance the therapeutic effects of lower limb diseases by providing a foamed sole plate for treating lower limb diseases.

Silicone rubber mixed with only an inorganic filler such as calcium carbonate retains fluidity even when added in equal amounts to silicone rubber, has good workability, and although it improves strength, it does not increase the volume of the product. does not have much effect, only increases the specific weight, and does not contribute to cost reduction.

On the other hand, when silicone rubber is mixed with only hydrated silicic acid powder, it is possible to reduce the weight due to agglomeration, but it is difficult to disperse and the fluidity is significantly reduced, resulting in poor workability. Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have solved the above-mentioned problems by mixing and dispersing an inorganic filler such as calcium carbonate and hydrated silicic acid powder into silicone rubber in an optimum ratio.

Inorganic fillers used in the present invention include calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, talc, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium sulfate, calcium silicate,
Various types and particle sizes can be used, such as crushed silica, clay, mica, glass beads, micro balloons, and silica balloons, but they have low oil absorption values to prevent fluidity from decreasing when mixed with silicone rubber. In addition, in order to increase product strength, especially tear strength and crack resistance, it is desirable to use an inorganic filler that has been previously subjected to surface treatment such as silane treatment.

Surface-reactive calcium carbonate in which the particle surface of calcium carbonate is activated with Silane Cup Link Reagent 1 is particularly preferred. Incidentally, from the viewpoint of reducing the weight of the product, inorganic filling with high specific gravity is not preferable. The hydrated silicic acid powder used in the present invention functions as an inorganic filler, exhibiting high strength and reducing costs. It plays an important role in making products lightweight and foamy without the use of foaming agents such as foam cutting.

Specifically, white carbon, which is an amorphous hydrous silicic acid powder, is used. In addition, mixing of pigments and other additives is prohibited.
Any use can be made as long as it yields a product with the desired desired properties. The ratio of materials used in the present invention is as follows.

(Hereinafter, all parts indicate parts by weight.) 100 parts of heat-curable silicone rubber, 10 parts of vulcanizing agent, 5 to 75 parts of inorganic filler, 5 to 30 parts of hydrated silicic acid powder, and 75 parts or more of inorganic filler. If the amount is less than 5 parts, bubbles due to foaming will not be incorporated and bumping pores will occur, which is not preferable.

On the other hand, in the case of hydrated silicic acid powder, when the amount is 30 parts or more, the fluidity is considerably reduced, and when it is 5 parts or less, it is not preferable because sufficient foaming is not achieved, and the system tends to be unevenly foamed. As described above, the sole plate for treating lower extremity diseases according to the present invention maintains fluidity and maintains air bubbles by mixing and dispersing an inorganic filler and hydrous silicic acid powder in a heat-vulcanized silicone rubber at an optimum ratio. By incorporating this product, there is no need for the previously extremely difficult degassing process, resulting in good workability, and the resulting product has excellent properties such as being lightweight and having good tear strength and crack resistance. Furthermore, the inclusion of air bubbles creates a sense of warmth, which also has the effect of eliminating pain when worn on the soles of the feet in winter, and has a remarkable improvement in the therapeutic effect on lower limb diseases.

In addition, the mixing of inorganic filling and foaming made it possible to significantly reduce manufacturing costs compared to conventional products. Furthermore,
The silicone rubber and other materials used are all harmless and non-toxic, making it ideal as a therapeutic device to be worn on the human body. Further, the plantar plate for treating lower limb diseases according to the present invention is useful not only for treating lower limb diseases such as knee arthropathy, but also as a corrective treatment tool for flat feet and the like. The present invention will be specifically explained below using Examples.
