に、同小径部の下部外周に下部電極を取着し、又前記大
径部内には前記テーパ一部内周に上端が当接するように
配置される絶縁コアを装着するとともに同大径部の下端
部に中間電極を取着し、前記上部電極に電気的に接続し
たヒユーズエレメントを小径部内に通し、さらに前記絶
縁コアの上端部からその外周に巻装して前記中間電極に
電気的に接続し、この中間電極を下部電極に対し導電部
材を介して電気的に接続したことを特徴とする限流ヒユ
