るサーボシリンダの制御を駆動制御信号に基づいてサー
ボ弁を動かすことによって行ない、かつ大気圧近くの圧
力を制御範囲に含んでいるサーボシリンダの制御機構に
おいて、上記高圧油供給先の圧力を電気信号は変換しこ
の電気信号を上記サーボ弁の駆動制御信号の補正信号と
して使う圧力制御フィードバック回路を設け、上記サー
ボシリンダのピストンの変位を電気信号に変換しこの電
気信号を上記サーボ弁の駆動制御信号の補正信号として
使用する位置制御フィードバック回路を設け、上記サー
ボシリンダのピストンの前進時における駆動制御信号の
補正を上記圧力制御回路によって行なうようにし、上記
ピストンの後退時における駆動制御信号の補正を上記位
置制御フィードバック回路によって行なうようにしたこ
