[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner suitable for use in construction and industrial vehicles such as bulldozers and forklifts.
In particular, it relates to the structure of the outlet section.

In recent years, there has been a trend toward installing enclosed cabs in construction and industrial vehicles in order to improve the working environment for passengers, and with this trend, there has been a demand for the installation of air conditioners.

Generally speaking, construction and industrial vehicles have small passenger compartments and lack space to install an air conditioning system. Therefore, the air conditioning unit of the air conditioning system is installed outside the passenger compartment (for example, on the roof), and the air outlet is installed inside the passenger compartment. It may be installed on the ceiling.

By the way, if the air conditioner is an all-season type that has both cooler and heater functions, and the air outlet is attached to the ceiling as described above, both cold air and warm air will be blown downward from the ceiling. Therefore, the blown air is always blown from the occupant's upper body, including the face, toward the lower body.

For this reason, in the conventional device, the temperature distribution is higher in the upper part of the passenger compartment and lower in the lower part, contrary to the temperature distribution of cold head and feet required for heating, and it is not possible to enjoy a comfortable feeling of heating.

In addition, the temperature of the blown warm air drops before it reaches the occupant's lower body, so the occupant may feel the blown air as a draft at his feet, making him feel slightly cold.

Furthermore, there are other drawbacks, such as the occupant's throat becoming dry due to the high temperature of the face.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, this invention provides a heater/cooler outlet constant switching mechanism in the outlet switching case installed on the ceiling of the passenger compartment, blows cold air from above during cooling, and forms the framework of the passenger compartment during heating. Among the columnar members adjacent to the passenger compartment window glass, the columnar member adjacent to the passenger compartment window glass is used as a ventilation duct, and hot air is blown from the middle part of the duct toward the window glass and from the lower end of the duct toward the feet. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an air conditioning system for a vehicle that can provide comfortable air conditioning without impairing the air quality, has low manufacturing costs, and does not impair the comfort of the passenger compartment.
