考案の一実施例にかかる回転電機の固定子の製造工程図
で、そのうち第６図は第５図のＡ−Ａ線断面図、第７図
はこの考案で得られた固定子の展開図である。 ２・・・界磁コイル、３ａ、３ｂ・・・口出部、５．６
・・・イコライザ、１１８．１１ｂ・・・プリプレグテ
ープ、１３・・・絶縁層。なお、図中、同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。 −−−補正昭５８．８．１７ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。 Ｏ実用新案登録請求の範囲　− 界磁コイルとその日出部が接続されたイコライ−ザ生に
６たって、熱硬化性樹脂材を繊維に含浸させてなるブリ
ブレグチニブを巻装しそ加熱固化させ、上記界磁コイル
とイコライザとブリブレグチ、　−プとにわたってこれ
らの表面に、熱硬化性樹脂粉末をパウダーコーティング
法によって付着させて絶縁層を形成したことを特徴とす
る回転電機の固定子。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 界磁コイルとその日出部が接続されたイコライザとにわ
    たって、熱硬化性樹脂材を繊維に含浸させてなるプリプ
    レグテープを巻装して加熱固化させ、上記界磁コイルと
    イコライザとプリプレグテープとにわたってこれらの表
    面に、熱硬化性樹脂粉末をパウダーコーティング法によ
    って付着分解させて絶縁層を形成したことを特徴とする
    回転電機の固定子。
