(Prior art) Conventionally, when burying a distribution board cabinet in a concrete building, as shown in Figure 6, a temporary frame A larger than the distribution panel cabinet was attached in advance to the curtain plate B of the concrete formwork. After inserting one end of the conduit P into the conduit holder C fixed to the outer surface of the temporary frame A, concrete is poured into the concrete form, and after the concrete hardens, the curtain plate B and the temporary frame A are placed. They were removed one by one, and the distribution board cabinet was buried in the hole formed by the temporary frame A.

Therefore, there is a disadvantage that it takes time and effort to assemble the temporary frame A and to remove it after the concrete IJ has hardened, and it is not economical because the temporary frame A cannot be reused after being removed.

(Structure of the invention) In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides dovetail-shaped or T-groove-shaped fitting grooves on the top and bottom surfaces or left and right sides of a block that is slightly larger than the distribution board. A conduit holder that allows the board to be inserted into the groove in a freely retractable manner, protects the ends of the conduit, and holds the conduit at the required spacing is fixed on the board to secure the installation hole in the distribution board cabinet. Examples will be described below.

(Operation of the invention) To explain the operation of the invention, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the block 1 is fixed by nailing to the curtain board B of the concrete form, and the conduit holder 4 is attached to the - side. The board 3 on which is fixed is inserted into the fitting groove 2 from the lateral direction.

A conduit in which the conduit P is stuck into a conduit holder 4 so as to maintain a required interval, the end face of the conduit P is brought into contact with the substrate 3, and the conduit P is fixed to a reinforcing bar placed in a concrete formwork. Since the holder 4 is made of foamed plastic such as expanded polystyrene, it can be easily penetrated to form the insertion hole 10 even if a hole for inserting the electric conduit P is not previously formed.

In this state, concrete D is poured into the concrete formwork and the concrete D is cured. After the concrete D has hardened, the curtain plate B is removed and the burial hole 12 created on the outside of the block 1 by pouring the concrete D. Remove the block 1 from the conduit P, and then remove the conduit holder 4 from the conduit P.

(Effect of the invention) The present invention forms a dovetail or T-groove fitting groove on at least one of the top, bottom, left and right sides of a block corresponding to a distribution board cabinet, and a board that fits into this fitting groove. A distribution board cabinet is created by fixing a conduit holder that protects the ends of the conduit and preventing concrete from entering, fixing the block to the base of the concrete formwork, and pouring concrete into the concrete form. Since the hole is formed, it is easy to install and remove from the concrete formwork without the need to make a temporary frame using board material as in the conventional method, and the flock can be used repeatedly, making it economical.
