[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a method for making shapes and patterns appear on the surface of wood, bamboo, etc., such as paintings and patterns of people, landscapes, animals, plants, etc., and in particular, a method for making uneven patterns appear on the surface of wood, bamboo, etc. The purpose is not only to carve out the shapes but also to bring out the colors, thereby obtaining shapes and patterns with high aesthetic value.

Conventionally, when carving shapes or patterns on the surface of wood, the method generally adopted is to draw a sketch on the wood and carve out the uneven pattern using a carving blade, chisel, mallet, etc.

When coloring these uneven patterns, ink is rubbed and painted in different shadings.

However, when applying ink, various measures were taken to prevent the ink from smearing, and the process was done while paying close attention to the dryness of the wood, which required a considerable amount of time and effort, as well as skill.

In addition, the generally known method of pyrography is the method of printing pictures and patterns onto wood, bamboo, etc. using a fire-roasted metal chisel or a chemical-fired platinum needle, but there are quite a number of methods. It requires a lot of time and effort as well as a lot of tools.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems and provide a method that can produce shapes and patterns that are completely different in texture from conventional methods.

In other words, this invention uses a sandpaper grinder to carve an uneven pattern on the surface of wood, bamboo, etc. while changing the inclination angle, and also partially discolors the surface of the wood, bamboo, etc. using the frictional heat generated by the sandpaper. It is characterized by the appearance of shading.

Further, to describe the embodiment of the present invention in detail, first, the surface of a suitably dried wood board is smoothed and a rough sketch is drawn, and commercially available sandpaper of about 10 crIl is attached to an electric band grinder, and sanded according to the rough sketch. Carving while changing the angle of the paper to the wood board surface,
Sandpaper is pressed against the surface of the wood board with appropriate force to generate frictional heat, which discolors the carved parts of the wood board.

The shading of the color is achieved by adjusting the force and time of pressing the sandpaper against the wood board surface, which creates a difference in frictional heat and changes the degree of brightness.

According to this invention, since the sandpaper grinder rotates at high speed, it is possible to form uneven patterns on wood or bamboo very easily and in a short time, and coloring can be done simply by pressing down on the grinder. In addition to being able to shape and color at the same time, it is possible to finish the balance of patterns and hues without using ink or paint (coloring can be done extremely efficiently, instead of using ink or paint as in the past). There is no need to worry about smudging or waiting for the ink to dry, and the process of firing a trowel with a fire like in pyrography can be omitted, and the colors after coloring are extremely beautiful, creating figures with high aesthetic value. It is something that can make patterns appear, and dogs are the ones who have high hopes for that effect.

It goes without saying that the method of the present invention can be applied to all kinds of wood and bamboo.
