PURPOSE:To obtain a cheap bearing part by reinforcing a part of burring process through inserting and fixing a ring of the appropriate breadth in the peripheral of said part which is an insertion hole for a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A ring 12, inserted in the periphery of a bearing part 11 formed through burring process of a spider 10, is fixed through caulking 13 along with the tip of the above-mentioned bearing part 11. In this caulking process, a stepped part 23 making contact with the stepped part of a fan shaft 3 is formed on the inner wall of a shaft hole of the bearing part 11.

部をバーリング成形し、該バーリング部の外周にリング
を嵌入し、上記バーリング成形した軸孔をかしめダイと
かしめパンチによシしどき加工しながらバーリング部先
端とリングをかしめると同時に軸孔内壁に段付部を形成
するように構成した。
