Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は貯湯室とポンプを備え任意に給湯できる保温
容器に関し転倒時等に湯の洩出を防上する安全装置の動
作をより確実なものとすると共に、この装置をより安価
に構成できるよう意図したものである。

一般にこの種の保温容器では第4図に示すように給湯経
路及びポンプよりの送気路にそれぞれ体弁を備えて転倒
時の湯の洩出を防止しているが、体弁の自重により閉止
動作する為その多くは完全に横転した状態でないと体弁
の閉止力が弱く流路を完全に閉止できず、揺すったり斜
めにした状態で湯が流出してし1い子供がいたづらして
火傷すると云った危険を伴なうものであり、筐た給湯経
路及び送気路へそれぞれ体弁及びその受部を形成し高価
なものとなっていた。

の付熱により突出し弁19.20を開成し貯湯室2より
の湯の洩出を防止している。

へ液密に嵌合させると共に該中栓内には前記給湯管と連
通ずる給湯経路とエアーポンプの送気を導く送気路とに
それぞれ洩出防止弁を設け、更に容器本体の一定以上の
傾斜を検知して移動する球体を備え常時はこの二つの弁
を該球体の自重により押圧して開威し転倒等の緊急時に
は抑圧を解除してスプリングの付勢により閉成させる転
倒感知部を設けたので、本体が一定以上傾斜したのを感
知して閉止し従来のように完全に横転した状態でなくて
もスプリングの付勢により確実に洩出路となる給湯路及
び送気路を同時に遮断するもので安全であると共に一つ
の転倒感知部で同時に二つの洩出路を遮断できるものと
して構成を簡略化し安価な構成を可能にしたものである
