[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a mesh band made of a spiral member.

Conventionally, as a method for manufacturing a mesh band using a spiral member, the Ishinomaki spiral member 1 shown in FIG. 1 and the left-handed spiral member 2 shown in FIG. A mesh band 5 that enters the meshing portion 3 and forms the meshing portion 3, and is connected to the meshing portion 3 by intervening a connecting member 4.
was formed, which was then cut and press-molded to produce a mesh band product.

Generally, a wire rod with an irregular cross section or a regular rod wire with a circular cross section has been used as a connecting member, but when the band is bent when being carried, the connecting member may protrude from the side of the band, causing it to catch on clothes or injure the skin. There were such cases.

On the other hand, in order to solve this problem, some methods braze both sides of the band, but this is expensive and reduces the flexibility of the band.

Further, to explain in detail based on an example, the spiral members of the Ishinomaki and Left-handed spiral members forming the band pattern are manufactured in the same manner as before, and the pitch of the spirals forming the mesh band is adjusted as a connecting member that intervenes in the meshing part of the two. φ0.1mm, pitch Q, different from
A spiral wire made of sUs 304 with a diameter of 1 mm and an outer diameter of 0.7 mm was prepared.

As a result, the members constituting the mesh are plastically deformed and inserted between the pitches of the connecting spirals, and the connecting spirals are also stretched from the center of the band toward the sides, as shown by the arrows in Figure 5. As shown, on the contrary, a spring force F is generated that tends to return from the side toward the center.

Due to this spring force, the plastic deformation of the mesh constituent members, and the deformation of the connecting spiral, even when this band was subjected to bending tests 30,000 times, there was no problem of the connecting rods popping out, which was a problem in the past.

Here, the material of the connecting spiral, the cross-sectional shape of the material for manufacturing the spiral, and the outer diameter, pitch, and shape of the connecting spiral are the material, shape, and pitch of the Ishinomaki/left-hand spiral that constitutes the mesh band. The spring force that tends to return from the side toward the center can be appropriately selected based on the following relationship.

Furthermore, by sequentially changing the pitch of the connecting spirals and intervening in the longitudinal direction of the band, it is possible to create a band with a strong taper, which was not possible with conventional left-right knitted bands.

In another embodiment, the degree of freedom of the taper or the curve of the side surface of the band can be increased.

That is, in a general mesh band, the curved shape of the side surface as shown in FIG. Since it is a rigid body, compressing it from both sides of the band would cause the band to lose its flexibility, making it unable to function as a band. However, according to the method of the present invention, when the band is compressed from both sides, the connecting member Because the gap in the pitch compresses the material within the absorbable range, by determining the spiral pitch of the connecting member using a pre-calculated pitch, you can freely shape the curve of the side of the band and create a large taper. A new band was formed.

As described above, the present invention uses a spiral as a connecting member and compresses the band in a plane, thereby utilizing the spring force unique to the spiral to provide a mesh band of excellent quality at low cost. It is extremely useful.
