口の出側とに連通し且つ湯水排出パイプに連なる湯水混
合排出路を同バルブボデーに設けてなる室内操作用バル
ブにおいて、前記給水室に開設した揚水口と連通ずる揚
水路に該揚水口と相対向して水抜口を開設し、該揚水口
と水抜口との間で常にどちらか一方の口を閉塞するよう
に往来する切替栓をバルブボデー中に進退自在に設け、
また該水抜口の出側のバルブボデー下面部に連通孔を設
は該連通孔にドレン抜き栓を開閉自在に装着したことを
