Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a constitution and to attain an economy, by forming almost the same construction as that of a cone speaker and fixing a flat diaphragm on an opening of the cone. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit is formed with a top plate 1, a bottom plate 2 and a ring shaped magnet 3, and a frame 4 is fixed to the plate 1. A damper 5 is fixed to the frame 4, and a coil bobbin 7 is supported in a gap of the magnetic circuit with the damper 5. The construction almost the same as that of a cone speaker is formed and the flat diaphragm 11 is fixed to the opening of the cone 8. When an input signal is applied to the speaker of this constitution, a driving force produced in a voice coil 6 vibrates a diaphragm 11 via a bobbin 7 and the cone 8, allowing to reproduce sound pressure.
