A fabric with a relatively coarse mesh was woven from threads coated with a similar material.

Therefore, it is necessary to use other means for joining, such as sewing by a sewing machine, but as a result, the strength at the joint surface is extremely low, and the work is difficult due to misalignment. It had some drawbacks. Furthermore, since it is in the form of a monofilament, it also has the disadvantage of high tension.

Mechanical weaving is extremely difficult and poses a practical obstacle. In addition, the weight of the product becomes large, and the threads slip together, resulting in loose threads and unevenness at the warp and weave intersections, and the weaving becomes hard. It was extremely inconvenient to handle as it ended up being bulky.

。In the coarse sheet according to the present invention, the sheet base fabric is constructed by knitting and weaving yarns made of natural fibers, synthetic fibers, or inorganic fibers arranged in advance in the weft and weft directions. The strips may be spun yarns, filament yarns, split yarns, tape-like yarns, etc., and are not particularly limited. However, in consideration of strength, fabric weight, and other factors, particularly preferred are polyester or vinylon filament yarns having a relatively high melting point of 10 to 5000 deniers. These threads may be knitted or woven in any way, but in particular, in addition to the plain weave shown in Figure 1 (A),
A special material such as a leopard weave shown in the same figure (B) or a leno weave shown in the same figure (C') is preferable. In addition, the size of the mesh of the sheet is 15 mm x 15 mm, or 225 m, if the mesh is square.
It is preferably less than m2 and particularly preferably 05 to 10 mm square.

In particular, unlike conventional mesh-shaped molded products made of synthetic resin, etc., a base fabric is first formed and synthetic resin is attached on top of it, so even in the case of heat fusion, etc., the synthetic resin adhered when bonded to an adjacent coarse sheet, etc. Since bonding occurs between the resins and does not extend to the base fabric, there is no possibility that the constituent threads will melt and the joints become weak. Unlike those that are coated and knitted to form the base fabric, there are no defects such as resin intervening at the joints of the warp and weft threads, resulting in thicker parts and severe unevenness on the finished sheet, and the surface is almost the same. With a uniform thickness, it is uniform and there is no fear that the threads will slip and slip through, resulting in an extremely excellent coarse sheet. To explain this schematically, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4(A), since the resin 3 is attached to the base fabric consisting of the warp 1 and the weft 2, the bottom surface of the coarse sheet is almost flat. On the other hand, in the conventional example, as shown in the same figure, resin 3 was attached to each of the warp 1 and weft 2 in advance, so the resulting coarse sheet had a large surface unevenness and was bulky. There will be a quarrel. Furthermore, the former has no loose threads or misalignment at all, but the latter has this to a greater extent.
