送するよう構成されている。従ってハニカムコア1は塗
布装置3,3によりセル両端面に接着剤を塗布されつつ
矢示A方向に搬送される。次に、この接着剤を塗布され
たシ・ニカムコア1は、支持台17に回転自在に支承さ
れたシートロール7.7からガイドロール8,8・・・
により案内され、ハニカムコア1に対してその上下方向
からそれぞれ適宜角度をもって、前記接着剤塗布装置3
,3から矢示A方向に所定距離能れた位置に上下方向に
所定間隔を存して配設された一対のニップロール9,9
に先端部が臨む位置まで送られている二枚の長尺シート
材10.10間に搬送される。そこで接着工程を形成す
る一対のニップロール9゜9により、ハニカムコア1の
セル両端面には先端側より順次シート材10.10が圧
接されることにより重着される。次にこのシート材1o
・1゜が重着されたサンドイッチハニカムパネルIN!
、接着剤を硬化させる硬化工程を形成する硬化装置】2
により、その間を対を成すコンベア’13113に挟持
され搬送されつつ硬化される。すなわち、この硬化装置
12は、密閉状に遮蔽された硬化炉室12aの対向する
位置にサンドイッチハニカムパネル11の入口及び出口
を有しており、この硬化炉室12a内の入口と出口間に
は、上下に対をなすコンベア13.13が設けられてい
る、この対をなすコンベア13・13は駆動源(図示i
ず)により人口側から出口側へ同一速度にて進行するよ
う構成されている。よってサンドイッチハニカムパネル
11はコンベア13.13に挟持されつつ矢示A方向に
搬送され出口より搬出される。また、サンドイッチハニ
カムパネル11は、硬化炉室12a内を搬送される間に
、硬化炉室12a内に設けられた適宜熱源、例えば対を
なすコンベア13.13のそれぞれの内側にコンベアに
沿って設けられた熱板(図示せず)若しくは適宜位置に
配設された噴出口(図示せず)から加熱空気を噴出させ
る等によって、接着剤が硬化されるのである。
