Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) A wire push rod is provided that can be raised and lowered freely, and a wire twisting and cutting mechanism is installed below the wire push rod, and when the wire push rod is lowered, the tip of the push rod reaches two points. The wire twisting and cutting mechanism is arranged to support the book wire and feed it downward in a folded state, and the wire twisting and cutting mechanism is arranged such that the cutting blade is installed with its cutting edge opening upward, and the cutting blade A key-shaped wire hook is disposed on the side of the key so that the key can move freely in the front and back direction, and the hook has a hook portion of an appropriate length extending from the rotating base to the side of the key.
