【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はブーツ等に於ける繻および足首に相当する個所
に保形する用具に関するものであって樋状体を相互に内
方に向って開口する状態に対向せしめて配し、一方の樋
状体の下端壁の外面には基端に楕円形の頭部を有する突
ピンを、また他方の樋状体の下端壁開口縁には舌状片を
夫々一体に設けると共に同舌状片には突ピンの頭部より
僅かに大きい同形の通孔と突ピンの頭部の短径よりも狭
く摺部の幅よりも広いスリットとを通孔の長軸とスリッ
トの中心軸とが重なり合う状態に於て夫々設け、突ピン
を通孔内に挿通し且つ舌状片をスライドして突ピンをス
リット内に誘導することによって樋状体の下端を連結す

け、更に上記の樋状体１，１′とは別個に弾力性を有す
る硬質の合成樹脂材料を以て帯状の弾機片１２を構成し
、この弾機片１２の両端には上記の突ピン１０．１０’
の頭部１１．１１’の直径よりも僅かに大きい直径の通
孔１３・・・・・・１３′・・・・・・の数対を、また
各通孔１３・・・・・・１３′・・・・・・の切縁には
同頭部１１．１１’の直径よりも狭く摺部９の幅よりも
広い切込１４を夫々設けると共に当該弾機片１２をＵ字
状に彎曲させて同弾機片１２を上記の雨樋状体の間に装
入し、一方の樋状体１に於ける突ピン１０を弾機片１２
の一端に於ける通孔１３にまた他方の樋状体１′に於け
る突ピン１０′を弾機片１２の他端に於ける通孔１３′
に夫々挿通し且つ弾機片１２を引いて突ピン１０．１０
’を摺部９が切込１４に嵌合するまで移動せしめること
によって樋状体１，１′間に弾機片１２を取付け、更に
樋状体１，１′の上端壁の開口縁に上向きの突片１５，

且つ舌状片をスライドして突ピンをスリット内に誘導す
ることによって樋状体の下端を連結するようにしたので
雨樋状体は実公昭５０−２２８３９号のブーツ等の保形
具の如き雨樋状体の下端が相互に蝶着されているに過ぎ
ない公知の形式と異なり上記の弾機片によって底部に於
て相互に平行に離開することができこの為に雨樋状体の
下辺はこれを差込んだブーツの下方部を内方より押圧す
ることが可能であり、従って本考案保形具は特に踵部が
弛んでいる所謂、ルーズ形式のブーツの保形に極めて好
