むことによって、スリ割り溝部dが歪み透孔すに挿設さ
れたネジスタッドaを締付け、もってネジスタッドaに
ドッグ1が固定されるのである。従来のこの種ドッグl
Kおけるネジ穴gは、外周部のR面から加工を始める為
尚初刃物がR面eこそって逃げる傾向が強く、その中心
が定まらず加工が困難であると共eこ、その加工に精度
が要求される関係上相当の熟練が必要とされるのである
。又、リミットスイッチのドッグは機械装置と他の装置
との間の狭い場所で取付、調整をする場合が多く、従来
構造のドッグでは片方の方向からしか六角棒スパナが使
えず、大変eこ難渋するところである。

って、その製造加工が簡易され、作業能率の向上、加工
コストの低減と共1こ、廉価なドッグを提供できる等の
実用上の効果を有する。
