シール部が溶断の熱的条件で、裂けやすくなった袋等は
、前述の口開きの工程で両側折り目部分が開口部より裂
ける事故が多く発生している。

際に受ける応力で、端部の裂けが起こるもののノツチ部
で応力伝播が止絶え、更にノツチ部で応力が袋の横方向
に向って二分割されるので破袋は袋の上部のみで止める
事ができる。
