Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent gas leakage, and also to simplify an assembly work, by providing no hole of the center part of a diaphragm, and providing a recessed part of a special structure instead of said hole. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 15 is provided on the center part of a diaphragm 3, and a groove 16 is provided like a ring on the inside face of this recessed part 15.
