Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide easy method of taking out sheets, that should not require fatigue of the operator, by pinching the sheets stacked in each bin by a gripper mechanism, transferring them along a rail, and by accommodating these transferred sheets in an extra pin arranged above the uppermost bin. CONSTITUTION:A gripper mechanism 6 for stacking sheets plunges into the uppermost bin 2 in the condition with its gripper nail 22 opened to locate the edges of sheets stacked in the bin 2 between gripper rails 21, 22. Then an end 25 of the nail 22 is collided with a boss 16 arranged at the final point of a guide rail 8 to rotate the nail 22, for gripping the sheets. In this condition of the sheets gripped, a motor 11 is put in operation to move the gripper mechanism 6 and to draw out the gripped sheets from the bin 2 by felling down the sheets slip-off preventive wall 2' of the bin 2. The sheets thus drawn out are transferred onto an extra bin for accommodating of transferred sheets 3, and the motor 11 is stopped when the gripper mechanism 6 has returned to the start point of the rail 7. Then the abovementioned end of nail 22 is collided with a boss 15 of rail 7 and the nail 22 is opened to let the transferred sheets fall into the extra bin, which are then moved toward the operator.

Most sorters attached to copying machines, etc., except for large or special types, generally have paper storage racks (hereinafter referred to as "top pins") lined up vertically. When picking sheets, especially when taking sheets from the lower bin, the operator is forced to take a forced posture, which not only impairs paper production but also often causes physical problems for the operator.

In order to solve this problem, a type of sorter has been proposed in which each bin is raised as a whole at the same time as the paper storage vessel U1 is finished, but there are problems such as an increase in the size of the sorter.

The present invention has been made in order to completely eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional sorter as described above. A stacked paper grit lever mechanism is provided that passes through the bins and hangs down along one edge of each bin of the sorter other than the paper input line, and that the rails integrally nip and convey the stacked paper stacked in each bin. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stacked paper transfer device for a sorter in which 712 rows of paper can be freely attached.

By deceiving the stacking paper gripper Isodan 6, while running on the rail T, the front rotation ■! 1 freely movable hollow column 34 maintains a position parallel to the rail 7, and when it reaches a position corresponding to a predetermined bin, it is stopped by a signal from a self-recording micro switch 45, and at the same time the shape memory alloy coil 39. There will be 3 electrical currents at 41 and 42.

As is well known, shape memory alloys can be made by heating with electricity.
Since it contracts and returns to its original shape, generating tension at that time, the hollow arm 34 resists the twisting and bending force of the torsion bar 37 and rotates to the position shown in FIG. , the rod 40 also moves forward to extend and close the hollow shaft 35 with the gripper. Furthermore, the mark 1 claw 22 of the gripper also closes against the torsion bar 36 to grip the stacked paper.

Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, it only requires a relatively simple mechanism to be used for soaking, thereby improving the operability of the sorter without increasing the size of the sorter body, and reducing operator fatigue. It is of great help to children in preventing the physical disability Crf caused by taking an unreasonable posture.
