DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a knitted fabric in which a predetermined pattern appears when wet and disappears when dry.

従来の捺染品は、水濡れに関係なく常時図柄が見える。With conventional printed products, the design is always visible regardless of whether the product is wet or not.

However, for products that get wet, such as swimsuits and beachwear, if they are processed so that a predetermined design appears when wet, even though it is not always visible, the product becomes unique and interesting.

That is, a water repellent agent containing a glue is printed on the surface of a knitted fabric in a predetermined pattern, and this is fixed. If it is fixed, it will not be possible to distinguish between areas printed with water repellent and areas not printed when dry, but the fabric surface will be divided into hydrophilic areas and water repellent areas, and a predetermined pattern will be displayed in each division. I can do it. For this reason,
When this cloth gets wet, the parts that are not printed with water repellent will get wet and the color will fade, but the parts that have been printed with water repellent will be water repellent and the color will not change, so the designated pattern will remain. It floats. Once it dries, the hydrophilic and water-repellent parts become indistinguishable and the design disappears.

Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below. First, adjust the printing paste used to print the water repellent agent using the recipe.

Set to 0%. The glue is necessary for fixing the water repellent agent AG-310 (trademark) to the cloth surface in a predetermined pattern. Although it is not necessary for general water-repellent finishing that makes the entire cloth surface water-repellent, by including a paste in this way, it becomes possible to print a predetermined pattern on the cloth surface with the printing paste for the first time.

Note that the water repellent is not necessarily limited to a borine compound, and may be a silicone emulsion and catalyst or octadecyl ethylene urea, although the water repellency is somewhat inferior.

Explanation will be omitted. Steam treatment is a process that is performed to fix the water repellent to the cloth surface and prevent it from falling off in subsequent steps, and the treatment takes about 7 minutes. The adhesive is removed during the washing process.

However, since the water repellent is fixed to the fibers by the previous steaming treatment, only the glue falls off, and the water repellent remains on the fabric surface. Drying is performed by heating to 102-103°C. Cure treatment is a heat treatment performed at a high temperature of 150 to 160°C, and the treatment time is approximately 2 minutes. This process allows the water solution to adhere even more strongly to the cloth surface, making it more durable.

Printing - Drying - Cure - Washing - Drying (2) Printing - Drying - Washing - Drying - Cure (3) If the curing process is performed before washing and drying as in (2), the glue will harden. , it won't come off unless you wash it thoroughly with water. The water repellency is slightly lower, but the pattern stands out clearly. If you perform a curing treatment after washing and drying as in (3), the glue will come off better.

However, it is excellent in both water repellency and adhesive removal for printing and printing.
This is the step (1) in which drying is followed by steaming treatment.

sg The pattern part (printed part) is about 30% of the fabric. As explained above, in this invention, a water repellent containing a glue is printed on the surface of the knitted fabric to form a predetermined pattern, and this is fixed. Therefore, when it gets wet, the printed part becomes water-repellent, but the non-printed part does not repel water and gets wet, causing the color to fade. As a result, the part of the seal that does not get wet becomes a pattern that stands out.

By taking advantage of this property to create swimsuits and beachwear that get wet, it is possible to create interesting products in which designs that are invisible when dry become visible when wet.
