と、 回転を抑止されている該ロール紙のループ部の張力によ
って第１の方向の動作が抑止されているが、紙が送られ
始めた時の該ループ部の張力によって第２の方向に動作
させられて該制動レバ一部材による該ロール紙の抑止を
解除してその後の該ロール紙の回転を可能となし、該ロ
ール紙が使い尽されて該ループ部の張力が作用しなくな
ると該−制動レバ一部材とは無関係に該抑止位置を越え
て該第１の方向へ動作する様なテンションレバ一部材と
、 該テンションレバ一部材が該抑止位置を越えて該第１の
方向へ動作したことを特徴とする検出手段と、から成る
