PURPOSE:To obtain a FRP product containing roving densely, by a method wherein a cylindrical net body comprised of a tube wound around in the longitudinal direction to form a ring shape and a resin liquid is poured into a mold in which the ring shaped body is inserted. CONSTITUTION:Rovings 10A, 10B are wound around a tube 1 while being woven like a wire net to form a cylindrical net body 16 on the tube 1 which is lowered on a shaft center 4. The cylindrical net element 16 is wound around the tube 1 in the longitudinal direction to form a ring shaped body 17. A resin liquid 20 is supplied into a pair of molds 18A, 18B with the ring shaped body 17 deformedly inserted into the molding space thereof. Simultaneously, degassing 21 is conducted from a space 19 and after the resin liquid 20 is hardened, it is taken out of the molds 18A, 18B in order to obtain a fiber reinforced resin product 22.
