板１１及びスプリング１２を前記クラッチカバー８に設
け、前記押圧板１１を非作用状態に切換えるクラッチ操
作用筒状体１３を、前記回転軸９を囲む固定筒１４に摺
動操作自在に外嵌させたクラッチであって、前記回転軸
９側摩擦伝動板１０のクラッチ切り状態での前記押圧板
１１に対する接触を阻止するカラー１５を前記回転軸９
に、前記固定筒１４と回転軸９側麻擦伝動板１０の間に
